Giveaway terms

The 3D model giveaway will be open from 9/1/23 until 6/1/24. The winner will be chosen at random on 6/2/24.
Winners will be notified by Email the following day. One winner will recieve a free 3D Vtuber Chibi or Bust model fully rigged including 1 outfit and 5 Facial expressions in VRM format.
(For use with 3D VRM compatible software such as Luppet.)
The winner must provide adequate character reference and contact details and I reserve the right to re-draw for a new winner if
a) There is no response from the winner within 24 hours or
b) If the materials provided were inadequate in any way.
If winners do not confirm/respond to the email by 6/5/24 then they have forfeited their winning entry.
I reserve the right to refuse for any reason.
Competition winners must acknowledge that paid commissions take precedence over free work so the turnaround time stated in the terms and conditions do not apply and this work may take up to 5 months or longer to complete depending on availablility.

Terms of Service

PAYMENT:
Payments are only accepted through PayPal, and clients will be invoiced 50% of the total commission fee up front to acquire a booking slot. Commissions priced
over 1000USD may be eligible for payment plans. If you need a
payment plan you must inform at time of purchasing, or you will
be expected to pay in full. The entire fee must be paid before work will commence.PRICES:
Prices are subject to change based on complexity. Additional charges for items not covered by the commission
pricing sheet will be added accordingly. Prices are non negotiable.REFUNDS: Once a commission has been paid and the artist has sent a sketch or character sheet to the client, NO refunds may be issued.Rights and usage:You may use my art to stream including within monetised streams however using my art in any cryptocurrency or NFT prjects is strictly prohibited.
By commissioning me you acknowledge I have the right to use any projects in my portfolio / online/social media unless you have specifically worked out an
agreement for the art to be kept private.REVISIONS:
During the project I will send WIPs so you can check the
progress and request revisions if necessary. For 3D work you will recieve WIPs after the initial modelling stage before texturing and then after texturing. For 2D work I send WIP sketches after the initial sketch, lineart, base colors, and shading are complete. Small changes like slightly altering colors or adjusting something for
character accuracy are free. Major edits like completely changing an outfit or prop will be treated as a new outfit or item and cost extra as stated in the price guide, please be detailed when filling out your form and be sure you know what you want before submitting! NOTE: Additional revisions of any kind that were not asked for as part of the original commission will cost an additional fee.TURNAROUND TIME:
3D modelling is a long process and the turnaround may vary depending on the complexity but an unrigged model will take around 4-6 weeks.with rigging, props and extra outfits this may increase to 12+ weeks. You acknowledge that by commissioning me that you accept that this may take a minimum of 1 month. However all commissions will be completed in a maximum 3 month timeline.FINAL PRODUCT:
Once you have paid your commission invoice in full and your art is completed, you will receive for 2D commissions: a .PSD file.
For 3D unrigged characters: a folder containing a .Blend file, .FBX file & textures folder.A rigged character will recieve a folder with a .Blend file, .FBX file, a .VRM file and textures folder. There will be NO items physically shipped to you, these are digital commissions and you do not
receive a physical product.RIGHTS AND LEGAL INFORMATION:
Once your commission is complete, you are allowed to post it on social
media or wherever you like so long as you credit me (Mizkai) when
posting. You can also have any art I make for you printed for personal
use, like a poster to keep or using it as an icon on social media.
However, there are limitations. You may NOT do any of the following: - Reproduce the art to sell, make or products for commercial use of the art. - Claim that you created the art, or fail to credit me for the artwork. - Create cryptocurrency of ANY kind using artwork I have made.
*NOTE: the exception is commissions made FOR commercial use only, in
which case you will have paid for commercial rights. VTuber model art, etc. is all commercial use and the commercial rights are factored into the price.GIVEAWAY TERMS:
